The Pilot is the measured core of Saloncare, live in our test salon since April 2026. From November 2026 to March 2027 we start with 20 founding salons, with measurement from January to March 2027. You pay €99 per month net, the digital magazine library for your guests is included, and setup is free of charge for you. After the pilot you move to Saloncare Pro, at 20% off for one year.

Saloncare Pro launches in April 2027 with a trial month; annual contracts run from May 2027. A base fee of €229 covers your salon, with the digital magazine library for your guests included; each working position adds €49 per month. A salon with four positions therefore pays €425, one with eight pays €621. Add a position and the plan simply grows with you.

For small salons that do not want AI (yet). Light is Saloncare Pro without AI, and it promises time: online booking and appointment protection, voice client records, a weekly report and a price check. The price follows the number of calendars in your team, not positions, and appointments are unlimited in every tier: S with one calendar €79, M with two to five calendars €149, L with six to fifteen calendars €249, XL with sixteen to thirty calendars €399 per month. Beyond that, or with several locations, we price individually at €399 plus €9 per additional calendar on an annual contract. Light launches in summer 2027; if you want AI later, you switch to Pro at the flick of a switch.

Sam is included in the Pilot and in Saloncare Pro at no extra cost: in the Pilot in the consultation at the chair, in Pro across every module, where it works alongside you as trainee, extra pair of hands and planner in one. Saloncare Light deliberately has no AI, and so no Sam.

The plans cover the software. For hardware there is a standard package, a tablet on a desk stand, at €249 to buy or €9.90 per month to rent, per package. Setup is free of charge for pilot salons and the first 50 salons after the pilot, then it costs €149; from November 2027, when the point of sale system arrives, €199.

All prices quoted are exclusive of statutory VAT. As a business customer you reclaim the input tax.

Pay a year in advance and we waive one month of the base fee, so you pay it eleven times a year instead of twelve. The €49 per working position in Saloncare Pro is unaffected and runs on as normal.

For chains and salons with several locations we agree the price individually: calculated per group, billed transparently per location. Talk to us and we will work it out with you.

From autumn 2027 Saloncare grows into the operating system: one system, and the salon needs nothing more. It brings your own till, arriving from November 2027, team and rota, cockpit and reporting, a consumer portal and the manufacturer interface. This is a direction, not a plan; we are not quoting a price for it yet.

Most salons are ready to go in under a week. Setting up with Sam guides you step by step; if you like, we will accompany you personally.

Not today: Saloncare lays itself over your existing system, so you start without switching. Not every till and calendar works equally well with us, which is best clarified in a conversation. Our goal is for Saloncare to become your one system one day, one subscription instead of many programmes; we are working on it.

Sam is above all the assistant in the consultation: it listens, gives the stylist the right treatment guidance for a perfect result and suggests the right home care from the facts. It coordinates appointments, and your guests can arrange one through Sam as well, and alongside that it answers questions about your numbers. A person always decides.
